Building a list of needs of groups with special difficulties in Shanghai

At the press conference on epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai on the morning of April 27th, Shen Min, deputy director of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, said that during the epidemic prevention and control period, the elderly, especially the very old, the elderly living alone, the sick and the disabled, will face more difficulties than ordinary people, such as lack of living materials, inability to take care of their children and inconvenience in seeking medical advice. Relevant departments and various districts, towns and villages have been taking measures to try their best to solve the problem. "But we also know that there are still places in the work that are not in place. The demands of some groups with special difficulties have not been discovered in time, and the response is not timely enough."

Shen Min said that the departments of civil affairs, health and wellness, commerce, and the Disabled Persons’ Federation have recently worked together to form work guidelines, further strengthening the care and protection for groups with special difficulties during the epidemic, and focusing on improving the following aspects:

One isImprove the mechanism of active discovery. First of all, it is required to fully rely on the original working mechanism, such as the community pension consultant in the civil affairs system, the "old partner plan" mechanism, the "one-button service for the elderly" platform in various districts, and the working system of the Disabled Persons’ Federation, etc., to comprehensively find out the actual needs of the elderly living alone, the recipients of pension service subsidies, the elderly with special difficulties who were left unattended because their families were isolated during the epidemic, and the people with special difficulties and disabilities who actually lived alone temporarily because their children’s relatives’ residences were blocked.

Shen Min said, in particular, we propose that we must dynamically grasp the needs of groups with special difficulties by establishing a real-time discovery mechanism. To this end, the hotline of the old-age service in each district was announced, and a special person was arranged to answer it 24 hours a day. In addition, actively promote the establishment of a volunteer team at the residential level to serve the special hardship groups in this residential area, collect the living needs of the special hardship groups in this residential area in time and give help. We hope that the district civil affairs bureaus and district disabled persons’ federations will establish a "list database of needs of special hardship groups" during the epidemic period through the above mechanism, so as to find out and respond in time.

The second isImprove the mechanism of resource allocation, and strive to implement the living security for groups with special difficulties. It is required to establish a platform for overall resource allocation through "special work classes" with towns as the hub (if towns have difficulties, they will be upgraded to the district level for overall planning). After finding out the needs of groups with special difficulties, towns will respond in time and solve related problems. For example, provide the distribution of general living materials for groups with special difficulties, allocate cruise taxis specially for going out for medical treatment, coordinate the catering and life care service resources at the street and town level, and deal with emergencies.

At the district level, establish a coordination mechanism for the living security of groups with special difficulties, specifically to solve the security needs that cannot be solved by towns and villages, especially some personalized materials in short supply, such as catheters and adult diapers, which are solved by all districts as a whole; For those that cannot be solved at the district level, it is clearly solved by large state-owned enterprises such as Bailian Group and Shanghai Pharmaceutical.

The third isImprove the mechanism of delivery to home. The basic living materials of the groups with special difficulties are distributed to the community by the towns and towns as a whole, and delivered to the door by the community neighborhood committees or volunteer teams. "Be sure to ensure the smooth delivery of the last 100 meters."

In addition, relying on the role of the volunteer team, help the special difficult groups to dispense drugs. Many districts have taken substantial actions, and some districts have formed a relatively complete working system.

The rumor list was released in October: sugar substitutes can be eaten openly, and only zero addition is a good soy sauce …

  [rumor]

  ◎ Our reporter Chen Xi

In October, "all technology and hard work" became the hottest "stalk". The emergence of this hot spot has aroused people’s attention to food safety, and related rumors have also been widely spread, such as "sugar substitutes can be eaten openly" and "only zero addition is a good soy sauce" … … Rumors about the COVID-19 epidemic still appear from time to time, such as "scanning the code when going out in public places can avoid becoming a secret contact". In addition, the previous drought in some parts of China made the rumor that "precipitation can be artificially increased as long as there are clouds" spread widely.

Today, the reporter of Science and Technology Daily will take stock of the rumors that appeared in October one by one to help you clear the fog and find the truth.

Can sugar substitutes be eaten open?

Truth: Eating a lot of sugar substitutes also poses health risks.

With the approach of winter, people’s time for outdoor sports gradually decreases. Many people began to worry about insufficient calorie consumption, so they paid special attention to controlling calorie intake. Sugar substitute drinks and snacks marked "Zero Sugar" and "Zero Card" seem to contain no calories. Some people think that sugar substitute is healthy, so they don’t have to bear the "sweet burden" and can eat it openly. So, is this really the case?

"This view is wrong. Sugar substitutes should also be eaten reasonably, and there are also health risks when ingested in large quantities." Zheng Yunliang, director of Tianjin Institute of Modern Health Technology, said.

According to the data, sugar substitute refers to alternative sweeteners, which belong to food additives, and there are three main categories — — Natural sweeteners, sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners. At present, most sugar substitutes on the market use artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame. This kind of sweetener does not exist in nature, but is synthesized by chemistry.

"From the perspective of energy production, sugar substitutes can be divided into nutritional and non-nutritional types. Almost all the decomposition products of non-nutritive sugar substitutes in human body do not contain glucose and do not directly participate in insulin secretion. Therefore, only in theory, non-nutritive sugar substitutes will not cause an increase in blood sugar. " Zheng Yunliang said.

However, this does not mean that we can eat sugar substitutes openly.

"The sweetness of sugar substitutes can stimulate appetite, and excessive intake may cause diarrhea, which may also increase the burden on the kidneys." Zheng Yunliang further said that with the progress of science and the deepening of research, most scientific research results show that artificial sweeteners may have pathogenic risks.

For example, on September 7, 2022, the British Medical Journal published a large-scale research result from France. This study shows that using artificial sweeteners instead of sugar in food or drink is not beneficial to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health of the whole population. Cell magazine also published a related study, which found that the intake of artificial sweeteners was related to the changes of intestinal microbiota and the increase of blood sugar.

Therefore, Zheng Yunliang suggested that consumers should try to choose foods containing natural sweeteners when choosing sugar substitutes, such as erythritol, stevioside, momordica grosvenori glycoside, sweet tea glycoside and so on.

"It is safe to eat food or drinks instead of sugar occasionally, so you don’t have to be overly nervous. The public should scientifically understand and eat sugar substitutes and improve their health through scientific and reasonable diet and exercise. " Zheng Yunliang said.

Can you avoid becoming a secret connector by scanning the code when you go out in public places?

Truth: Repeated code scanning will be considered as entering the place many times.

As a normal prevention and control measure of epidemic situation in COVID-19, scanning code before entering public places has been integrated into people’s daily life. However, a "special reminder" appeared in the WeChat circle of friends a few days ago: after scanning the code into a public place, scan the code again when leaving, and big data will "think" that you have gone out; If an infected person enters the site again, big data can "prove" that you and the infected person do not overlap in contact time, and you can avoid becoming close contacts.

In this regard, relevant departments in Shanghai, Shandong, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning and other places have all rumored. Experts from Dongying Big Data Center said that "place code" is a special two-dimensional code given to a place, which is used to identify the location, name and other information of the place and plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19. When someone scans the "place code", it can only show that they have been to the place. Using big data means can’t distinguish whether the person is in the "entry" or "departure" state.

In addition, relevant experts said that scanning the code twice may be considered as entering the place twice, which will not achieve the effect mentioned in the rumor, but will increase the workload of the flow control personnel and indirectly affect the epidemic prevention and control work. Experts reminded that the public only need to scan the code when entering the place, and there is no need to scan the code after going out. If the relevant staff find that the risk of infection of the code scanner is high, they will inform the code scanner in time and take prompt measures to avoid the spread of the virus.

Only zero addition is good soy sauce?

Truth: The quality of soy sauce depends on many factors.

Not long ago, the "additive" storm of a brand of soy sauce caused many consumers to talk about the color change of additives, so many people took the absence of additives as the standard for evaluating the quality of soy sauce.

"This statement is not entirely correct." Zheng Yunliang said that the so-called zero-added soy sauce is soy sauce with special color, fragrance and taste made by microbial fermentation without adding any monosodium glutamate or food additives. However, the quality of soy sauce depends on many factors, and zero addition is only one of them.

"First of all, the soy sauce listed should meet the relevant national standards." Zheng Yunliang introduced that China’s "National Standard for Food Safety Soy Sauce" (GB 2717-2018) stipulates that soy sauce is a liquid condiment with special color, fragrance and taste made from soybeans and/or defatted soybeans, wheat and/or wheat flour and/or wheat bran as the main raw materials through microbial fermentation. Soy sauce manufacturers shall have a complete fermentation and brewing process, and shall not use raw materials such as acid hydrolyzed vegetable protein seasoning liquid to produce soy sauce.

Soy sauce that meets the relevant national standards has reached the "passing line", but it is not high quality.

"Soluble solids, chloride, total nitrogen, total acid and reducing sugar in soy sauce are important quality evaluation indicators, which can affect the quality of soy sauce." Zheng Yunliang introduced that the umami taste of soy sauce depends on the content of amino acid nitrogen. Generally speaking, the higher the content of amino acid nitrogen, the higher the grade and the better the quality of soy sauce.

At the same time, as a traditional fermented condiment in China, the flavor of soy sauce is also an important quality index. The differences in koji varieties and technological processes of different soy sauces will make them have great differences in flavor.

According to related technical literature, 230 nonvolatile compounds were detected in soy sauce, including 90 peptides, 49 organic acids, 27 amino acids and their derivatives, 28 sugars, 11 sugar alcohols, 6 biogenic amines, 4 nucleotides and 16 other compounds, which determined the acidity, sweetness and concentration of soy sauce.

In addition, Zheng Yunliang reminded that consumers should also have a rational understanding of additives and not be overly superstitious about zero-added food.

"In soy sauce processing, the most commonly used food additives are sodium benzoate, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate. Rational use of food additives can prevent bacterial growth, moderately extend the shelf life, and make soy sauce more cost-effective. " Zheng Yunliang said.

In fact, instead of paying attention to food additives, consumers should pay more attention to the sodium content in soy sauce.

"In every 100ml of soy sauce, the sodium content is about 6g, and the recommended intake of sodium is only 2g/day. Related studies have shown that excessive intake of sodium may lead to cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and arteriosclerosis. " Zheng Yunliang reminded.

As long as there are clouds, it can artificially increase rainfall?

Truth: Certain conditions are needed, and the key is to have the right cloud.

Since this summer, the drought in the eastern part of southwest China, the south of the Yangtze River and the northern part of South China has continued to develop, and it has suffered from drought in summer and autumn. The water levels of Poyang Lake and Dongting Lake all hit record lows, and some lakes even became "deserts" and "grasslands". At the same time, there is a question on the internet: as long as there are clouds, artificial precipitation can be carried out. Why not carry out artificial precipitation enhancement in these arid areas?

In this regard, Wang Zhaoyu, director of the Tianjin Office of Weather Modification, said that artificial precipitation enhancement is not artificial rainfall, and "turning clouds into rain" requires certain conditions.

Artificial precipitation enhancement is to influence the microphysical process of clouds through artificial intervention under appropriate weather conditions, so as to increase the ground precipitation.

"The way of artificial intervention is mainly by sowing catalysts into the cloud. Generally speaking, the catalysts sown in the northern region are mostly silver iodide, while dry ice and liquid nitrogen are commonly used as artificial precipitation enhancement catalysts in the southern region. In addition to catalysts, there are ways of manual intervention, such as emitting femtosecond laser and charged particles to the cloud. " Wang Zhaoyu said that no matter which way is used, the ultimate goal is to form condensation nuclei, promote water vapor condensation, and finally form precipitation.

However, a clever woman can’t cook without rice. In this process, the most crucial thing is — — There should be a cloud that meets the conditions of artificial precipitation enhancement. Such a cloud needs to have a certain thickness, height and temperature, and at the same time, the water vapor in the cloud should be abundant and just in the updraft area.

Wang Zhaoyu explained that the medium and low clouds with a temperature of MINUS 10 to 0 degrees Celsius, a thickness of about 2,000 meters and a height of less than 6,000 meters are suitable for artificial precipitation enhancement. Such warm clouds are full of small water droplets, which float in the air and cannot fall down under the support of updraft, forming clouds; With the help of the catalyst, increasing the concentration of condensation nuclei in the cloud can make small water droplets collide more and more into large water droplets, and then form precipitation.

18 people sneaked into the country from Myanmar! The reason behind it is not simple …

He looks unremarkable, dark-skinned, lean, and doesn’t talk much. He looks older than his actual age and doesn’t look like a "post-80 s", but when he talks about acrobatics, he seems to be a different person, and his words suddenly increase, and his eyes suddenly have light.

This is the prosecutor’s first impression of Yan Youlu. Based on this impression, it is really hard to imagine that he is a criminal suspect who illegally organized a number of foreigners to sneak into China for acrobatic training and performance. However, with the in-depth handling of the case, the prosecutor found that the reason why Yan Youlu embarked on the road of crime was not only related to his personal and family, but also to the inheritance of the whole Qiuqiao acrobatics.

The bitter life of acrobatics

In June 2021, the police in Huai ‘an District, Huai ‘an City, Jiangsu Province found that there were some unidentified foreigners in the acrobatic troupe on Yanyou Road, Crystal Village, Boli Town. Soon, Yan Youlu took the initiative to surrender.

Yan Youlu was born in Yan Jiaban, a well-known acrobatic family in Qiuqiao Town, Huai ‘an District. His father and grandfather are both in this line of work. Yan Youlu has been practicing kungfu with his parents since he was five years old, and began to perform on stage at the age of seven. In order to concentrate on practicing kungfu, he dropped out of primary school in the first grade. At that time, Yan Youlu always suffered from acrobatics, regardless of spring, summer, autumn and winter, even if he was physically injured, he persisted.

In an aerial training, Yan Youyou fell from a height of several meters and almost died. Until now, he still has an old scar several centimeters long on his neck.

When Yan Right’s father talked about this son, he couldn’t help but shed tears. He always said that Yan Right was so bitter step by step. Under the strict discipline of the family, Yan Youlu, who is quite talented in acrobatics, has gradually become the pillar of the acrobatic troupe. He performed with the acrobatic troupe all over the country and earned a hard money.

Recalling the previous experience of crisscrossing, Yan Youlu’s face showed a rare smile.

He proudly said: "At that time, most people went out by boat. As soon as the ship landed, we found a place with props on our backs, simply set up a shelf, knocked a few gongs and began to perform. After the end, the audience didn’t want to leave. "

In June 2007, Yan Youlu, who was in his early twenties, officially took over the acrobatic troupe from his father, became the head of the acrobatic troupe, and became the fourth generation of acrobatic descendants in the family. In December 2018, Yan Youlu was named as the acrobatic inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage project in Huai ‘an District.

Go abroad to recruit students.

In 2014, Yan Youlu’s colleague friend said that he had a relative who made a lot of money performing acrobatics in Myanmar. Yan Youlu, who was worried about the survival of the acrobatic industry, was very excited and had a bold idea.

At that time, the domestic acrobatic market was not very prosperous, and it was difficult to recruit acrobatic apprentices and inherit them all over the country. All acrobatic troupes were faced with the dilemma of no successor, and the existing acrobats were older. Especially in recent years, parents pay more attention to culture and education, and are reluctant to send their children to learn acrobatics. It is difficult for acrobatic troupes around the country to recruit young students to inherit their skills. In this way, acrobatic talents will inevitably be cut off, and the acrobatic troupe will face the risk of bankruptcy and dissolution. It is in the face of such a dilemma that Yan Youlu made up his mind to rush to Myanmar.

In August 2014, when Yan Youlu performed for the first time in Myanmar, he was warmly welcomed by the local people and attracted the attention of the local government. The local government quickly sent an invitation letter to Yan Youlu. The local government wants to cultivate local acrobatic talents, and Yan Youlu urgently needs young acrobatic students to support the acrobatic troupe and continue the acrobatic inheritance.

In October 2014, the two sides signed a contract for win-win cooperation. The local government recommended students aged 12 to 16, and Yan Youlu trained them to learn acrobatic skills. Soon, considering the limited local training conditions, Yan Youlu decided to take these students to Qiuqiao’s hometown, but the problem is, how to bring so many students back to China from Myanmar? Due to the special location of the China-Myanmar border, it is close to Yunnan, China, and the practice of smuggling is more common in the local area. Yan Youlu, who has a weak legal consciousness, is lucky.

Since 2016, Yan Youlu has smuggled 18 young students into the mainland from the Yunnan border without going through any entry and exit formalities. He also cooperated with other acrobatic troupes to introduce some students to acrobatic troupes in Shanxi, Henan and Sichuan.

In the investigation stage, Huai ‘an District Procuratorate intervened in the case in advance. In October 2022, the Huai ‘an District Procuratorate filed a public prosecution in the Huai ‘an District Court. With the efforts of the procuratorate, Yan Youlu returned all the illegal income of 500,000 yuan. Considering the circumstances of Yan Youlu’s surrender and voluntary confession and punishment, the prosecutor put forward sentencing suggestions for Yan Youlu to reduce the punishment.

On April 3, 2023, Huai ‘an District Court sentenced the defendant Yan Youlu to three years’ imprisonment, suspended for five years, and fined him 110,000 yuan for organizing others to cross the country (border) and stealing the country (border).

Promote the rescue work of Qiuqiao acrobatics

In handling the case, the dilemma of Qiuqiao acrobatics also attracted the attention of the procuratorate. The prosecutor felt that behind Yan’s right-wing crime, not only was his personal legal consciousness indifferent, but the occurrence of this case also had a certain relationship with the acrobatic inheritance dilemma including Qiuqiao Acrobatics.

Wuqiao in the north and Qiuqiao in the south. Qiuqiao acrobatics was born in the late 19th century. In the 1970s, Qiuqiao Acrobatics was founded and developed by Yan Youlu’s grandfather. From the beginning, a few people pushed carts around the streets, to the peak, Qiuqiao Acrobatics developed more than 50 performance groups, with more than 1,500 employees, more than 200 animals such as horses, tigers and lions, and more than 600 kinds of performances.

Their large-scale acrobatic programs have won many awards, and they have also gone abroad and become famous overseas. In 2008, Qiuqiao Town was named the "Hometown of Folk Culture and Art in China" by the then Ministry of Culture. In September 2014, Huai ‘an District was named "China Acrobatics Town" by China Acrobatics Association.

However, the glory of Qiuqiao acrobatics has finally become a thing of the past, and the development of acrobatic industry is shrinking day by day in the generation of Yan Right.

Especially in recent years, there are fewer opportunities for acrobatic performances. In order to survive, acrobats either start a sideline or change careers. Of course, the most deadly thing is that the acrobatic troupe, including Qiuqiao Acrobatics, has been unable to recruit young apprentices for many years. In September 2022, when the prosecutor came to Qiuqiao for an investigation and visit, the survival of the acrobatic troupe was already very difficult. The difficult problem faced by Yan Youlu Acrobatic Troupe is also the dilemma that the whole Qiuqiao Acrobatics cannot solve.

During the handling of this case, prosecutors have done a lot of extra-case investigation work, and realized that the acrobatic industry is not easy to survive. They also urgently hope that through handling cases and performing their duties, they can unite the efforts of social governance, promote government departments to do good deeds, contribute to the inheritance and development of Qiuqiao Acrobatics, fulfill their procuratorial responsibilities for protecting cultural diversity and cultural brands with local characteristics, and find the optimal solution for handling cases.

On October 14, 2022, Huai ‘an District Procuratorate wrote a research report on the development status of acrobatic industry in this area and submitted it to Huai ‘an District Committee and District Government, which received the attention and instructions of the district party secretary. On October 19, 2022, Huai ‘an District Procuratorate issued a procuratorial proposal to Huai ‘an District Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism Bureau, suggesting that Qiuqiao Acrobatics should be comprehensively counted as soon as possible and a database of Huai ‘an Acrobatics and Acrobatics Culture should be established. Actively seek special assistance funds; Introduce a mechanism to promote Qiuqiao acrobatics into the campus, coordinate tourism resources, and expand the performance opportunities of acrobatic groups; Strengthen support, allocate special funds, build acrobatic training and performance bases, and support and encourage and commend acrobatic innovative talents and projects; Organize and hold Huai ‘an Acrobatic Culture Festival and Acrobatic Performance Competition regularly to enhance the popularity of Qiuqiao Acrobatics.

On October 25, 2022, Huai ‘an District Procuratorate promoted the Propaganda Department of Huai ‘an District Committee to hold a symposium on the inheritance and development of Qiuqiao Acrobatics. Representatives from Huai ‘an Cultural and Broadcasting Tourism Bureau, Education and Sports Bureau, Boli Town Government and Huai ‘an Acrobatics Association discussed ideas and measures to help Qiuqiao Acrobatics innovate and develop continuously. With the joint efforts of all departments, Qiuqiao Acrobatics has entered local primary and secondary schools. Simple and easy-to-learn basic acrobatics will be included in the curriculum of campus interest classes, so that interested students can feel the charm of traditional culture from an early age.

Analysis on the Policy of Interest-free and Principal Deferred Repayment of National Student Loans in 2023; These issues need attention.

CCTV News:The State Council Office held a policy briefing yesterday (April 21), and the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Finance introduced the interest-free and principal deferred repayment policies of the national student loan in 2023.

This year, the number of college graduates is expected to reach 11.58 million, an increase of 820,000 over the previous year. In order to further reduce the burden of college graduates with financial difficulties in their families, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Finance said that it has decided to continue to implement the national policy of interest-free student loans and deferred repayment of principal.

Irving Han, Assistant Minister of Finance:Students who graduated from this year and previous years will continue to be exempted from the national student loan interest that should be repaid this year, and the principal part can be postponed for another year, with no penalty interest and compound interest.

The data shows that since its implementation in 1999, China has issued more than 400 billion yuan of student loans, which have helped more than 20 million students with financial difficulties. In recent years, the Ministry of Finance, together with the Ministry of Education, the People’s Bank of China and China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, has continuously adjusted the national student loan policy: in 2020, the term of student loan was extended and the interest rate of student loan was reduced; In 2021, the maximum loan amount of national student loans was raised to better meet the student loan demand; In 2022, the national student loan interest for college graduates with financial difficulties will be exempted in stages and the repayment of the principal will be allowed to be postponed.

Ministry of Finance: This year’s policy is expected to benefit about 4 million college graduates.

At the briefing, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Finance said that the continuation of the national student loan interest-free and principal deferred repayment policy this year is expected to benefit about 4 million college graduates.

Owen Han said that in 2022, the state introduced the policy of interest-free student loans and deferred repayment of principal in order to help graduates with financial difficulties ease the employment pressure. Since the implementation of the policy, a total of 1.95 billion yuan of loan interest has been exempted, benefiting 3.79 million people; College graduates independently applied for deferred repayment of principal totaling 590 million yuan, benefiting 100,000 people.

Irving Han, Assistant Minister of Finance:This year, it is estimated that the loan interest will be exempted by 2.325 billion yuan, and the amount of principal that can be applied for deferred repayment is about 5.5 billion yuan, benefiting about 4 million college graduates.

Since 2020, the national student loan policy has been adjusted and improved for four consecutive years. At present, according to the different places where students apply, national student loans are divided into two types: campus national student loans and student-origin credit student loans. Full-time college students and graduate students can choose according to their own actual situation; Not only that, but the loan amount is also increasing.

Huang Jiayu, Director of the Department of Science, Education and Culture of the Ministry of Finance:At present, the maximum loan for each junior college student is 12,000 yuan per year, and the maximum loan for each graduate student is 16,000 yuan per year, both of which have been greatly improved. The loan is used to pay the tuition and accommodation fees of students during their school days, and the excess can be used to make up for the daily living expenses of students.

Ministry of Education: I need to apply for the deferred repayment of the principal of the national student loan.

Then, which loan students can enjoy the national student loan interest-free and principal deferred repayment policy in 2023? Do loan students need to take the initiative to apply? Yesterday (April 21), at the briefing of the State Council’s policy, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Education introduced the relevant situation.

According to the regulations, the object of interest exemption and deferred repayment of principal this time refers to the loan students who graduated in 2023 and previous years and should repay the principal or interest in 2023. Exempted interest refers to the national student loan interest that the loan student should pay personally in 2023, including the penalty interest generated by overdue loans in previous years in 2023. The principal that can be applied for deferred repayment refers to the principal of the national student loan that the loan student should repay in 2023.

Guo Peng, Director of Finance Department of Ministry of Education:Regarding the implementation mode, this time, interest is exempted, and students do not need to apply for loans, which are directly handled by the undertaking bank. For loan students who are in the principal repayment period, if they need to postpone the repayment of principal, I can apply and go through the relevant procedures according to the requirements of the undertaking bank; If I fail to submit the application, I will repay the loan principal according to the original contract by default. Students who need loans are also reminded to pay attention to the relevant notices and announcements in time to avoid missing them.

National student loan policy can be consulted by telephone.

How can the loan students enjoy the policy dividend as soon as possible? The relevant person in charge pointed out that for the national student loan policy and specific business handling issues, the loan students can call the consultation hotline set up by the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center and relevant undertaking banks. The telephone number of the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center is 010— 66097980、66096590。
