Having an affair with a male artist, Alyssa Chia was exposed to kneel down and write a repentance book (Figure)

Alyssa Chia fell out with slips for the sake of fighting for women.

BEIJING, April 8 (Xinhua) Because Alyssa Chia refused to admit that she had sent ambiguous messages with other men, her husband, Sun Zhihao, countered through friends on the 7th, pointing out that Alyssa Chia knelt down in front of her in-laws after being found to have sent ambiguous messages, and painfully wrote a repentance book. The friend also said that Sun Zhihao often couldn’t find Alyssa Chia at night, and thought her words to the media were too exaggerated. Sun said: "She is a typical artist, and everyone knows what kind of person she is. Her best performance in this life is her life." Alyssa Chia admitted yesterday that he wrote a repentance book for his daughter.

Lawyers refer to Zhou as a "passerby"

According to Taiwan Province’s China Times, Zhou Danwei, who has a good personal relationship with the Sun family, came forward for the Sun family yesterday and criticized Alyssa Chia’s statement as "too much" because she had forcibly taken her daughter Wu Tongmei and knew her daughter was in LA earlier.

In the evening, Alyssa Chia entrusted lawyer Wu Yizhen and Huang Shanshan, a representative of public opinion, to come forward, saying that Zhou Danwei was a "passer-by". In the future, if an outsider wants to speak on this matter, please take out Sun Zhihao’s power of attorney, otherwise he will report it.

Tong Yan praised grandma for being better than mom.

Alyssa Chia looked for a woman in tears a few days ago, and Zhou Danwei poked it as a mask. She was not at home for one-fifth of the time after marriage. Wu Tongmei also said to her grandson: "It’s better to be a grandmother. My mother will sleep with me and then go to make a phone call." The media broke the news that Grandmother wanted to have a DNA test, and Alyssa Chia also said to Grandmother, "Let them write, so that it will help my acting work and be sympathetic to me."

Zhou Danwei pointed out that Alyssa Chia had been asking the Sun family for money after marriage, and complained that Sun Zhihao was extravagant. "Who has never been young? Even after marriage, social intercourse is normal. Isn’t she only allowed state officials to set fire, and people are not allowed to light lamps? Many people told Sun Ma about Jia before marriage, but the Sun family still let her in."

It’s hard for a rich daughter-in-law to complain

Later, Alyssa Chia clarified one by one in the statement, and also revealed the sorrow of the rich daughter-in-law. As for Zhou Danwei, she was at her home in Shanghai three years ago, despite the nanny’s prevention, and asked Sun to sign a confidentiality agreement. If she broke the agreement, she would be fined NT$ 10 million. Lawyer Wu Yizhen said: "How can a normal family need to enter by force? Did the lock change? Or not let her go home? Besides, what’s wrong with mom taking her daughter? Why did the nanny stop it? "

Liu Shuguang, the rumored mother-in-law, had an ambiguous message from Alyssa Chia and the actor. Wu Yizhen also said, "There was a message, but there was no ambiguity. But please reflect on why the mother-in-law will see such a private thing as SMS. " Wu Yizhen recounted that Alyssa Chia was sad and wept when she heard Zhou Danwei say that "my daughter thinks grandma is better".

Wu Yizhen said that during this period, the two sides contacted by telephone and E-mail. Sun had given Jia three days to get a Canadian passport, but Jia still couldn’t get the whereabouts of his daughter after doing so. As for the contents of the agreement? Wu Yizhen revealed that it had nothing to do with money. Alyssa Chia only wanted to sit down and talk with Sun Zhihao, and even if he wanted to get a divorce, he would have to hear it from Sun himself.

The uncle who robbed the daughter-in-law issued a statement today.

The two sides of this "women’s war" each said their own words. Uncle Liu Zheng, the producer of Sun Zhihao, couldn’t stand it. Today, he will also issue a statement explaining the position of the Sun family. He asked Wu Yizhen to ask an "outsider" to speak and take out the power of attorney of the Sun family. Liu Zheng was furious: "Zhou Danwei and the Sun family are old friends. I am Uncle Sun Zhihao and I am also an introducer of the two. Tell the lawyer to shut up!"

Gaoyou: The six names of the ancient canal city have been handed down from ancient times to the present.

Gaoyou, a county-level city belonging to Yangzhou, has been called Shennong County, Yucheng, Ping ‘a, Sana ‘a and Gaosha for thousands of years. The organizational system in past dynasties was different from county, county, army, state, road and government, but the name "Gaoyou" has been inherited to this day.

Prehistory: the fragrance of rice flowers 7,000 years ago

Between 7000 and 5000 years ago, there was a primitive culture with unique cultural features and complete cultural series in the Jianghuai basin, which was confirmed by experts at the 1997 Long Qiuzhuang Site and the Symposium on Ancient Culture in Jianghuai Area. The most precious thing is that carbonized rice was unearthed in all cultural layers of the site, which was identified as artificially cultivated japonica rice. Its discovery advanced the history of artificially cultivated rice in China to 5,500 years ago, and the cultivation area was divided from the south of the Yangtze River to the south of the Huaihe River.

Qin: Build a high platform and a postal kiosk.

In the late Spring and Autumn Period, Fu Cha, the king of Wu, dug a ditch, and after the unification of Qin, he built a gallop, which made Gaoyou at the crossroads of land and water transportation between Jianghuai and Jiangsu. In 223 BC, Ying Zheng, the king of Qin, built a high platform and a postal kiosk here, so it was called Gaoyou, which is the only city named after "postal" among more than 2,000 counties and cities in China.

Han Dynasty: Jia Hesheng, Shennong County

In the fifth year of the inaugural ceremony of Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty (the first 118 years), gaoyou county was located in Guangling, where Gaoyou City is located. Gaoyou has become an important political, economic and cultural city between the Yangtze River and Huaihe River. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the war lasted for years, and the Jianghuai area was a place of war, and Gaoyou was deserted. In the 18th year of Xian Di Jian ‘an (213), gaoyou county was abolished. After a lapse of 67 years, the first year of Emperor Taikang of the Western Jin Dynasty (280) relocated the county, belonging to Guangling County. In August (441), in the 18th year of Yuanjia of Liu Song Wendi in the Southern Dynasties, "gaoyou county Jiahe was born, and the emperor ordered it to be changed to Shennong County."

Sui Dynasty: Dredging Gully and Building Imperial Road

In the first year of Emperor Yangdi’s great cause (605), more than 100,000 people in Huainan, including Gaoyou, were collected to dredge the gully, and "imperial roads were built along the river, and trees were planted with willows". Gaoyou section of Hangou became the main channel of Hangou, and gradually formed a distinctive landscape of "Yanliu", one of the eight ancient "Qin postal sights".

Tang Dynasty: Pingjin weir was waterproof.

The Tang Dynasty was the heyday of feudal society. There were 60,000 residents in Gaoyou county, and the scale of Gaoyou city was further expanded. During the reign of Emperor Xuanzong (874-888), Emperor Xuanzong raised Zen Master Zhi to build Zhenguo Temple on the foundation of Taipingfang in the southwest of Gaoyou Institute, where he practiced. In the third year of Xian Zongyuan’s reign (808), Huainan made Li Jifu build a Pingjin weir in Gaoyou to regulate the water level and prevent water from being invaded.

Song Dynasty: Dayi where boats and cars meet.

Song Dynasty is a heyday of Gaoyou city construction, trade and cultural development. In the fourth year of Kaibao (971), Gaoyou Army was set up, and the imperial edict said: "Only he Gaoyou was called Dayi in ancient times. When boats and cars meet, land and water will rush. It is advisable to build a name for the army and look at it with pride. " Knowing that the army is high, it is necessary to build Gaoyou city. The city wall is slightly square, with a circumference of 10 miles and 316 steps, a height of 2.5 feet and a width of 1.5 feet. There are trenches all around. The street in front of the military headquarters was initially formed, with Minglun Hall and other related buildings, which became the political and cultural center at that time.

Yuan Dynasty: Kyle Polo once walked.

In 1283, Yuan Shizu changed Gaoyou Road to Gaoyou House, which governed Gaoyou, Xinghua and Baoying counties. In the 26th year of Yuan Dynasty (1289), Kyle Polo, an Italian traveler, visited Gaoyou along the canal and described it as "… … Gaoyou &hellip, which is well-built, extensive and prosperous; … To make a living by doing business and crafts, life must be extremely rich, rich in fish, animals and birds, and a lot of game. "

Ming dynasty: "a street in front of the house" became a grand view.

In the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1368), Huang Keming of Zhizhou built the government office on the foundation of the former military office, and successively rebuilt the Xuegong, expanded the Xingtan and built the Yinyun Building. The "street in front of the house" has become a grand sight. Because of the change from sea transportation to water transportation in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Gaoyou was at an important node of water transportation and salt transportation, and its strategic position as a transit station and distribution center for grain and salt became increasingly prominent. In addition, Yucheng Post itself undertook the heavy responsibility of providing materials for the imperial court and troop transportation, which greatly promoted the urban construction of Gaoyou and the prosperity of business and service industries.

The area in the original city can no longer adapt to its development, so outside the south gate and the north gate, it gradually develops to the north and south ends by the canal, forming the south gate street and the north gate street, and gradually develops into the south gate block and the north gate block with clear texture and supporting functions.

Qing dynasty: a "small bridge with flowing water" in Jiangbei

In Gaoyou in Qing Dynasty, the relationship between urban construction and water became closer and closer. Many ferries, rivers and bridges are important features of Gaoyou city. According to historical records, there were 26 bridges in Gaoyou City in the Ming Dynasty, which grew to 46 in the Qing Dynasty, forming a unique charm of "small bridges flowing with water". Gaoyou still retains the names of many ancient rivers and bridges, such as Beichengzi River, Yunyan River, Yudai River, Gaogong Bridge, Fuguong Bridge, Fenghuang Bridge and Taishan Bridge.

After the mid-Qing Dynasty, the functions of the post station were gradually exercised by the state department, and Yucheng post station was resold to the landlord named Zhao. Due to the development of modern postal services, the traditional functions of the post station gradually lost, and in 1912, the post station was returned to postal services. After nearly 600 years of operation, Yucheng Post has been preserved as a rare legacy of post culture.

In the Qing Dynasty, Gaoyou’s commercial trade was more prosperous. According to the Third Continuation of Gaoyou Prefecture Records, there were 6 pawn shops in Gaoyou during the Qianlong period, and the number increased to 11 during the Tongzhi period. The largest and longest-running one is the North Pawnshop, which is now a state-level cultural relics protection unit.

In Gaoyou in the Qing Dynasty, education was generally valued, and 10 places including Zhuhu Academy, Pragmatic Academy, Huaihai School and Yixue were successively restored and founded. According to the Records of Gaoyou Prefecture, 343 authors left 707 works. The method of "seeking righteousness by sound" advocated and practiced by Wang Niansun and Wang Yinzhi is of epoch-making significance in the history of exegetics, which is called "Gaoyou Wangshi" in academic circles.

In the early years of the Republic of China, modern transportation industries such as automobiles and ships, modern communication industries such as postal services and telephones, and modern financial industries such as banks rose one after another, county junior middle schools and county junior normal schools were established one after another, and national industry and commerce also developed by leaps and bounds. In 1914, at the Panama Games, Gaoyou produced wicker plaid, Wang Wanfeng wine and balsamic vinegar, various beans, wheat, rice and handmade products, which were classified as second-class, third-class or fourth-class products respectively.

New China: a place where people live happily.

After the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the pace of urban construction has been accelerated. In 1991, Gaoyou withdrew from the county to build a city. There are 1 World Heritage Site, 2 4A-level scenic spots, 5 3A-level scenic spots, and 6 national key cultural relics protection units: Yucheng Post, Longqiuzhuang Site, Gaoyou Pawnshop, Gaoyou Ancient Canal in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Zhenguo Temple Tower and Pingjin Weir. Finding the Tomb of Song Dynasty Painter Gao Keming in Chengdu or Solving the Mystery of the Origin of Foot-binding Custom

In the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, USA, a collection of "The Intention of Xishan Snow" was praised as "the first masterpiece in the Northern Song Dynasty". It was written by Gao Keming, a famous landscape painter in China. Recently, in a cemetery in Longquanyi District, Chengdu, Sichuan, archaeologists accidentally discovered the tomb of this Shanxi painter.

Gao Keming’s tomb was hidden in 14 tombs of the Gao family, and was excavated and cleared by Chengdu Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology from August to November this year. Combined with the unearthed written materials, archaeologists learned that Gao’s descendants were originally from Bohai, Shandong Province, who lived in Shanxi in the Northern Song Dynasty and moved south to Chengdu in the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty.

In addition, a well-preserved female bone of the Song Dynasty in the cemetery is expected to solve the mystery whether female foot-binding originated in the Song Dynasty.

Fourteen tombs of Gao’s Song Dynasty were discovered in Longquanyi

In August this year, in Group 14, Honghe Village, Longquanyi District, Chengdu, two three-color figurines were found after the construction workers dug more than two meters in the process of greenway reconstruction. Subsequently, the Chengdu Cultural Relics and Archaeology Team, together with the staff of Longquanyi District Cultural Relics Protection Management Office, rushed to the scene, and initially judged that there should be a Song Dynasty tomb group.

On August 28th, with the approval of National Cultural Heritage Administration, the rescue excavation officially began. By the end of November, 14 tombs of the Song Dynasty had been cleared.

Gong Yangmin, the leader of the archaeological excavation, said that the tombs were orderly distributed in the edge area of the circular platform, all in the north-south direction and arranged from east to west. The west area is a single-chamber tomb, and the tomb owners are all women. The north and east areas are two-room or three-room burial tombs for husband and wife. The tombs all have horizontal coupons, and the burial utensils are all wooden double coffins, and the inner and outer coffins are closely nested.

As written materials such as tombstones were unearthed from tombs, archaeologists confirmed the owner’s identity of this cemetery — — Descendants of Gao. Through written records, they learned that the Gao family originally lived in Bohai Sea, Shandong Province, and moved to Jiangxian County, Shanxi Province in the Northern Song Dynasty, and then moved south to Chengdu in the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty.

Gao Keming, a painter of the Northern Song Dynasty, was buried here.

In the cemetery, archaeologists accidentally discovered the tomb of Gao Keming, a famous landscape painter in Renzong period of Northern Song Dynasty. Next to the tomb, the tombs of Gao Keming’s son Gao Jimin and his wife were also found, as well as the tombs of his grandson Gao Liangbi and his two wives. The owners of other tombs are closely related to the Gao family, and they also moved south to Chengdu with the Gao family in the early Southern Song Dynasty.

Gao Keming’s representative works include Three Dynasties’ Instructions, Xishan Snow’s Intention, Longevity Map, Establishment Map and so on. According to historical documents, during the reign of Renzong in the Northern Song Dynasty, Gao Mingke was ordered to draw a picture to test his talents, and then he was promoted.

Gong Yangmin said that Gao Keming is the chief supervisor (the sixth grade) of the Shaofu, and his daughter-in-law Jin’s grandfather is a county magistrate and his father is a Jinshi. It can be seen that Gao’s family is an official family in the Song Dynasty and can be called a local gentry. After the Anshi Rebellion in Tang Dynasty, China’s social system gradually changed from an aristocratic society to an aristocratic society, and the power of local clans in managing state and local affairs gradually increased. Gao’s family cemetery is a valuable material for studying this social change in China during the Tang and Song Dynasties. In addition, the source of the cemetery owner and his family is clear, which is of positive significance for studying the migration of the gentry and the integration of the north and south cultures under the trend of great social changes from the end of the Northern Song Dynasty to the beginning of the Southern Song Dynasty.

Perfect female bones solve the custom of foot binding

On December 12th, in the Cultural Protection Center of Chengdu Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, the reporter of Huaxi Dushi Bao-cover saw that 12 nails had been pulled out of a coffin. After the staff put on gloves and masks, opened the coffin lid and uncovered three layers of white cloth, a well-preserved female human bone appeared. The staff told reporters that when the tomb was discovered, there were signs of theft in the outer coffin. It was precisely because of the protection of 12 nails that the human bones and articles in the inner coffin were preserved. In order to keep moisture, they covered human bones with three layers of white cloth.

Due to the geographical environment of Chengdu, human bones are rare in previous archaeological discoveries. Now, through the study of the skeleton of this Zhang woman, it is expected to reveal what physical diseases women had in the Song Dynasty and whether there was a custom of foot binding at that time.

Most tombs in the cemetery have not been disturbed, and nearly 500 funerary objects such as pottery, porcelain, tin, bronze, lacquered wood, stone coupons and glassware have been unearthed. During the archaeological process, more than 10 pieces of exquisite lacquerware were extracted from the coffin. Gong Yangmin said that this is the first time in Sichuan that a well-preserved complete set of lacquerware of the Song Dynasty was discovered. Among lacquerware, the white porcelain cosmetic box and the cosmetics in the box reveal the female sentiment in the Song Dynasty, which provide valuable archaeological basis for studying the daily life of aristocratic women in the Song Dynasty.

In addition, archaeologists also found more than 60 stone coupons, such as the five-party authentic coupons, the Huagai Palace coupons, the Heaven Emperor’s gift coupons, the land purchase coupons, the epitaph, and the tomb.

Gong Yangmin believes that most of the tombs in the cemetery have not been disturbed, and the unearthed funerary objects are rich and the chronological materials are detailed. It can provide an important reference for the establishment of archaeological sequences in Sichuan from the early to the middle of the Southern Song Dynasty. The funerary objects unearthed from the tombs provide detailed archaeological materials for understanding the scientific and technological level, aesthetic and religious activities in the Southern Song Dynasty.

Eleven kinds of additives in Nutrition Express can be used as condoms when exposed to the Internet.

Wahaha Nutrition Express Line becomes "latex" after drying in the shade.

The netizen said in the post that it was because of "curiosity to verify the authenticity of other netizens’ posts" that Wahaha Nutrition Express drinks were poured into the plate and dried in the shade. It was found that after drying in the shade, there was only a layer of "gelatinous skin" left in the drink. The netizen also attached pictures of related experiments to illustrate.

The reporter noticed that additives accounted for three lines in the four-line ingredient list on the Wahaha Nutrition Express fruit juice and milk drink bottle: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, aspartame, emulsified silicone oil … … A total of 11 kinds of food additives. According to food experts, these 11 kinds of food additives belong to the range of additives stipulated by the state, but the contents of various additives are not indicated in the ingredient list, so it is impossible to judge whether they exceed the standard. If its content meets the national standard, it is harmless to human body. Experts also reminded that if the average daily intake of additives is too large, it may also endanger human health because of the superposition effect.

There are too many additives for milk-containing beverages containing two kinds of gum ingredients in the formula.

Milk-containing beverages have become an important sub-category in the beverage market. In 2005, Wahaha launched the "Nutrition Express Line" of "Juice+Milk", followed by other brands such as "Little Foreigner" and "Want Want", and domestic dairy giants also joined in this field, including "Real Fruit Granule" launched by Mengniu and "Fruit Enjoy" by Yili. According to statistics, in 2008, the sales of Wahaha Nutrition Express reached 9 billion yuan.

Experts in the industry pointed out that the actual nutritional value of milk-containing beverages is much lower than that of milk, but many consumers do not understand this.

Wang Dingmian, an expert in dairy industry, said that the biggest feature of milk-containing beverages is that they contain less milk components. The protein content of milk-containing beverages is mostly between 0.7% and 1.3%, and most of them are only 0.8%. Another feature is that they contain higher sugar content, which caters to children’s tastes.

A professor from Jinan University also said that the protein content of milk-containing beverages is usually only about one third of that of ordinary milk. In addition, some flavors of milk-containing beverages are made by using food additives, rather than actually adding the substance.

"It is a common phenomenon that there are many additives in milk-containing beverages." Wang Dingmian also believes that in order to meet the requirements of taste and flavor, milk-containing beverages often contain as many as 18 kinds of food additives.

Wang Dingmian believes that the milk-containing beverage itself should not have the problem of nutritional value. To some extent, the milk-containing beverage does not even belong to milk products, and its greatest effect should be better taste and moisture supply.

The trailer makes the audience feel a journey of exploration across all corners of the world, following the footsteps of time from East Africa, the birthplace of human beings, to Europe, from Xinjiang, China to Central Asia, and from the polar regions to South America. Beautiful pictures and real and simple characters left a deep impression on the guests. This notice is similar to the poster of "Silk Road" in Common Destiny. This poster combines China culture with contemporary design, and imagines the Silk Road on land and the Silk Road on the sea in the form of silk and ink. The strong Chinese style shines everywhere in Venice Film Festival, which makes the guests stop to take photos as a souvenir, and at the same time expresses great expectations for this film.

Mr. Guy Hibert, a famous British screenwriter and winner of four British Academy Awards, is the chief recommender, and he is also one of the screenwriters of this film. Mr. Guy Hibert recalled the original intention of the film in interesting language. He believes that "this film has made us see hope, as if it had brought a ray of light to the unsettled world." Besides being curious about the works, the guests at the scene also felt the tenacity and sincerity of China filmmakers.

Subsequently, the producer also exposed the highlights of three stories in the film for the first time: a Kenyan girl who loves painting decided to go to Nairobi alone in order to find a painting teacher, regardless of her family’s hair, and finally let her find a teacher and continue her painting dream by taking the Munne Railway jointly built by China and Nairobi. An old Spanish papermaking man went to China to find the birthplace of papermaking in the face of the disappearing handicraft papermaking. After seeing the conflict and inheritance of papermaking in Jingxian County, China, the old man decided to return to Spain and accept young people who wanted to follow him to continue the glory of this handicraft. The truck driver in China took his niece, a young and rebellious young literary woman, back to the ancient Silk Road. At first, they didn’t like each other. On this Silk Road, they experienced various difficulties and dangers, and they were gradually influenced and changed by each other.

playwrightGuy Hibert speaks.

Many people at the scene were moved by this short clip, and they all said: This is a real and powerful story. Jacques Noel, a French international film publisher, said: "This is a film that belongs to all mankind. Its story direction and emotional expression make me feel very cordial, regardless of class, region or race. This is a problem that we human beings have to face together today, and how we will go to tomorrow together."

Breaking barriers, promoting multicultural integration, sharing common feelings and dreams and creating Common Destiny

Martin Campbell speaks.

A heavyweight guest was also invited to the promotion meeting — — World famous director martin campbell. Mr Martin is the most successful director in the "007" series, and his films are popular all over the world. Mr. Martin said, "My films are for people all over the world to enjoy, and they are also shot all over the world. Many of them are about collisions and conflicts. Today, I saw a film that is also appreciated by the world, but it is about cooperation between different civilizations. They are the stories of ordinary people, who began to work hard to realize what they have always dreamed of doing. This film is inspiring and a worldwide theme, which will attract audiences all over the world. "

As one of the screenwriters of this film, Lei Jianjun, a professor at Tsinghua University School of Journalism and Communication, also interpreted this film from the perspective of scholars. "Today, the development of science and technology and society makes people more closely compared with any time, and at the same time, we are facing more and more serious problems than any time. Therefore, we make such a documentary "Common Destiny", so that everyone can perceive the common feelings and dreams of human beings through the lives of ordinary people. These real people tell us with their real stories that human society with diverse cultures has both common feelings and common destiny, and cooperation is our future. "

Spanish papermaking old man speaks

Jiangtao Qu, a representative of the veteran documentary director group who won the Oscar documentary award, the Silk Road Film Festival documentary award and the Emmy award, told the story about the hardships in the creative process: a team of 300 people traveled 300,000 kilometers in two years, and experienced the heat, cold, disease, hunger, language, war and even ethnic differences. However, the entire creative team did not give up and still insisted on finding the most authentic voice in the world. At the promotion meeting, the two protagonists in the film: the Spanish paper-making old man and the rebellious literary young woman on the Silk Road were invited to the scene to share the stories behind the scenes with the guests. Together with the organizers, the Spanish elderly prepared a beautiful scroll made of hand-made paper for each guest present, symbolizing the blending of Chinese and Western cultures. An opera derived from the story of a truck driver pushed the promotion meeting to a climax. This opera has always been a dream of young women in literature and art. On that day, the organizer fulfilled her wish for this persistent and lonely girl and moved the opera to the Venice promotion meeting. The story of the opera and the story of the movie have the same concept: the whale at 52 Hz is lonely, but there is always a person or a voice in the world that will resonate with you, perhaps separated from Wan Li, but they have the same mind and are linked by fate.

The guests at the scene were deeply moved by the real emotional expressions of the two protagonists, and the China filmmakers moved the audience in Venice in an ingenious way. Foreign media have said that "real power, feelings beyond national boundaries, and endless charm." Liu Jun, the representative of the producer and deputy general manager of Xindingming Film and Television Investment, said: "It is the common wish of me and my partners to tell the story of China to the world and tell the story of the world to China. This time, it is an attempt for us to cooperate with the world-class team. I hope this is a beginning and opens the way for our common future."

At the end of the promotion meeting, all the guests present collected the brochure of Common Film without exception, because they were all moved by a sentence in the brochure, which is also the slogan of the film: This is your story, my story, yesterday’s story, today’s story, and even more, our story of moving towards tomorrow together.

Publishers at home and abroad gather together

The film "Common Destiny" was jointly produced by Silk Road Culture Communication and Xindingming Film and Television Investment, supported by Beijing Film and Television Publishing and Creation Fund, and coordinated by China Council. In 1994, Yuan Fuchun, who had been a private teacher for 12 years in Fuwo Township Patriotic Primary School in Lijin County, Dongying City, Shandong Province, received a notice from the principal Zhang that he was dismissed. However, as early as August of the same year, Yuan Fuchun had successfully selected a teacher position in a local primary school. Why did he say that he was dismissed when he went to work? Yuan Fuchun doesn’t understand.

In 1995, by chance, Yuan Fuchun got a hiring list signed and sealed by the township and the school that year. His name was impressively listed, which made him wonder: Was he replaced by someone?

For the next 25 years, Yuan Fuchun has been looking for an answer-the truth about his dismissal. So in 25 years, he went to the county education bureau, also went to the county letters and calls bureau, and sought opinions from the relevant departments of the township, county and city countless times. He also went through legal channels, but in the end he went nowhere.

Recently, Yuan Fuchun’s experience attracted the attention of netizens on the Internet. The reporter talked about Yuan Fuchun himself and Zhang, then the principal of patriotic primary school, trying to restore the truth of the whole thing.

In 1982, after graduating from high school, Yuan Fuchun came to Lijin County to become a private teacher. Around 1991, Yuan Fuchun was transferred to a town as a middle school teacher. Due to the long distance and other reasons, Yuan Fuchun applied to be transferred back to the patriotic primary school near his home in 1994.

Although he is a private teacher, Yuan Fuchun has been conscientious. During his tenure as a middle school teacher, Yuan Fuchun’s class was rated as an excellent class, and he himself was rated as an excellent head teacher and teaching expert. From 1990 to 1993, Yuan Fuchun took part in the adult college entrance examination in Shandong Province, obtained the correspondence college of Shandong Institute of Education, and obtained all the relevant certificates that private teachers should obtain.

In 1994, Lijin County held an employment examination. According to previous media reports, on July 17, 1994, the Implementation Plan of Implementing School Internal Management Reform in Lijin County (namely Lifa (1994) No.32) was issued. According to the plan, Lijin County will implement the reform of school internal personnel system and distribution system. According to the plan, the local government will adopt the method of making posts by auditing, requiring rural primary schools to take townships as units and uniformly determine the preparation according to the teacher-student ratio of 1:20. In terms of the scope of employment, all public and private teachers (including part-time teachers) and temporary private teachers on the job must take the business examination, which is organized and implemented by the county education commission, and "based on the teachers’ business examination results and assessment scores, they are selected in the order from high score to low score."

"After taking the relevant exams, I passed smoothly. At the beginning of August, Zhang, the principal of the patriotic primary school at that time, told me that the selection was successful and informed me to start school on August 10. " Yuan Fuchun told reporters that he remembered it very clearly, because a month later, on the day of Teacher’s Day on September 10th, all the teachers also took a photo of Teacher’s Day.

What surprised Yuan Fuchun was that after he officially went to work, he was verbally announced to be laid off by the principal Zhang in the office. "I asked him why. At that time, he didn’t explain the reason to me. He just asked me to go to a director of the township education Committee, Li, and said that he could tell me the reason for dismissal." Yuan Fuchun said.

After being dismissed, Yuan Fuchun went to Li, then the director of Fuwo Township Education Committee, many times. "But at that time, he was also unable to explain clearly. He just said that he inquired. At that time, I didn’t get any explanation, and then it went away." Yuan Fuchun said.

Usually, his teaching performance is good, but now he has been brushed off, which makes Yuan Fuchun somewhat unable to lift his head. So in that year, Yuan Fuchun took his wife and daughter to Dongying Port, more than 100 kilometers away, to find a livelihood and prepare to open a kindergarten in the local area, so as to live on.

Original List of Teachers Employed in Patriotic School District

Accidentally obtained a "employment list"

It is speculated that the suspected quota has been replaced.

Around the Spring Festival in 1995, when Yuan Fuchun was chatting with a friend, he accidentally got a handwritten document named "List of Teachers Employed in Patriotic School District" from a friend. The document showed that according to the spirit of Document No.32 in Lijin County and the local reality, more than ten teachers, including Yuan Fuchun, were selected and hired, and Yuan Fuchun’s name was impressively listed.

According to the documents, the Fuwo Township Education Committee and Zhang, the headmaster of Aiguo Primary School, agreed to the signing of the hiring results and stamped with the official seal of the school. This is an official document with an official seal, but why was he announced to be dismissed three months later? Have you been replaced by others? Yuan Fuchun didn’t understand, so he started a long road of investigation.

According to the photos provided by Yuan Fuchun, for the handwritten list, both Li, then director of the township education commission, and Zhang, president of patriotic primary school, signed the copy of the list to show that the document was true.

After 1995, Yuan Fuchun went to Lijin County Education Bureau, Bureau of Letters and Calls, and Township to report the situation. However, according to Yuan Fuchun’s own description, due to the long history of the incident, the relevant departments either prevaricated for various reasons or promised to solve it, but in the end they all went away.

"Later, I was given a reason, saying that I later conducted a hiring with the township as the unit, and I lost the election. But I have not participated in it, and my colleagues have said no before. " Yuan Fuchun told reporters, but this reason was later overturned.

Why did Yuan Fuchun decide that he had been replaced? Around the 28th of the twelfth lunar month in 2001, Yuan Fuchun went to look for the director of the township education committee, Li. According to Yuan Fuchun’s own recollection, at that time, the person personally admitted that in 1994, he was found by relatives who had left behind a teacher. Later, after a series of operations, Yuan Fuchun’s quota was won and he became a victim.

"At that time, there was no mobile phone or tape recorder, leaving no evidence. But the second time I went to him with a tape recorder, he denied the statement of’ replacement’ and said that he couldn’t remember anything. " Because of what Li said, Yuan Fuchun has never given up looking for the truth of the matter. Unfortunately, when the reporter asked if he could contact and interview the person, Yuan Fuchun said that according to the information he obtained, the retired leader had passed away in 2020.

The two parties wrote "this photocopy is true" and signed and sealed it.

Since then, the road to safeguarding rights has been opened for 25 years.

Send a message online for help, hoping to get a reasonable explanation

It has been 25 years since 1995. During this period, Yuan Fuchun did a lot of work. He fished, carried pipes and even worked as a dung digger. Over half a hundred years old, I have reached the age of knowing my destiny. Now, my daughter has got married, and my son has taken part in the work and is getting married soon.

Yuan Fuchun told reporters that in addition to reporting the situation to the relevant units, Yuan Fuchun also sought a lawyer and hoped to take legal channels. However, according to the judgment, the court said that the case was inadmissible. So he began to post on the internet for help, and his experience also attracted many people’s attention.

According to previous media reports, as of 1998, all private teachers in Dongying City had turned into public teachers except those who violated national laws, regulations and policies. "If I hadn’t been replaced at that time, then I should be a public teacher now." Yuan Fuchun guessed that this was one of the reasons why his quota was replaced, but the reason was not confirmed.

According to Yuan Fuchun’s memory, when he was a class teacher in a middle school, his monthly salary was only over 100, while the monthly salary of public teachers at the same level could reach more than 300 yuan, with a significant gap. For all private teachers, including Yuan Fuchun, it was a dream of all private teachers at that time to be able to become public teachers.

Yuan Fuchun told reporters that his biggest appeal at present is to know the truth about his dismissal that year, and then sit down with relevant parties to talk about it and get reasonable compensation.

Regarding Yuan Fuchun’s experience, the reporter called the Lijin County Education Bureau to verify the relevant situation and did not get an effective reply. Since then, the reporter also called the Propaganda Department of Lijin County. The staff who received the electricity said that they had communicated with the parties before, and communicated and handled the matter. Regarding the demands of the reporter’s interview, the staff suggested that the official notification should prevail.

On the evening of July 6, after the official bulletin was issued, Yuan Fuchun was interviewed by reporters again and talked about the response to the contents of the bulletin. He said that "Yuan Fuchun’s comprehensive score is 124.03 points" mentioned in the official report, and he hoped that the investigation team could issue the original test paper to prove it. As for the notification that the "List of Teachers Employed in Patriotic School District" held by him is invalid, I also hope that the relevant units can issue relevant certificates and legal basis for the invalidity of the materials. As for the question about the teaching time after employment, Yuan Fuchun responded: "Because of the time, I only remember about October or November, but it must have been a month, and there are photos to prove it."

As for his status as a sanitation worker, Yuan Fuchun said that there is no conflict between the registered company and his sanitation work. At present, he is indeed completing the cleaning business in the company.

The principal of the party responded to the reporter:

I sympathize with Yuan Fuchun’s experience.

But the situation he reflected is not entirely true.

On July 6, the reporter contacted Zhang (a pseudonym), the principal of patriotic primary school who was in charge of the matter at that time, and interviewed him about the explanation.

"At that time, in my school, Yuan Fuchun was a very good teacher. I was also very sympathetic to this matter, but there was no way. After I hired him, I received a notice from the township education Committee, so I dismissed him again. There is a reason for this. " Zhang said.

Zhang told reporters that in 1994, private teachers were renewed. There was a cultural examination before dismissal, including a Chinese examination and a math examination. "Teacher Yuan teaches Chinese, so he signed up for the Chinese exam. The Chinese exam questions are difficult, and the math exam questions are relatively easy. Teacher Yuan’s test scores are relatively low, only 70 points. Some teachers who signed up for the math exam scored quite high, with more than 90 points, so he was more disadvantaged."

Zhang said that at that time, the comprehensive ranking was calculated by dividing the three-year teaching score by 3 times 40% and multiplying the personal score by 60%. According to the ranking, the school district was initially used as the scope as required, and Yuan Fuchun was just within the scope of employment, and he was qualified to apply.

"But later, someone objected to this decision of the township education committee, which later held a meeting. I went to the meeting and received a notice to dismiss the last 25 teachers. Yuan Fuchun was in this range, so he was dismissed." Zhang told reporters that he was just a messenger in the process.

"It’s a pity that he was fired, but the replacement doesn’t exist." Zhang said.

Official response: There is no "impostor"

On the afternoon of July 6, the investigation team of Lijin County, Dongying City, Shandong Province released the results of the investigation, saying that Lijin County established an investigation team composed of the county commission for discipline inspection, the propaganda department of the county party Committee, the county education bureau, the county public security bureau, and the party Committee and government of Chen Zhuang Town. After further investigation, the following explanation is made:

1. About the problem of being dismissed and being "impersonated". In 1994, the selection and employment of civil teachers was carried out in villages and towns, and they were hired from high scores to low scores according to their comprehensive scores. The minimum selection score of the original Fuwo Township was 125.72, and Yuan Fuchun’s comprehensive score was 124.03, which did not reach the selection score (as evidenced by the original file).

At that time, 25 people were employed in the original Fuwo Township, and Yuan Fuchun ranked 23rd from the bottom, so there was no problem of being "impersonated".

2. About the problem of being hired after the recruitment. According to the spirit of documents No.32 and No.33 issued by Lifa [1994], "Rural schools take townships (towns) as the unit, and according to the requirements of higher-level preparation, carry out the allocation of posts and posts, and select the best teaching staff".

At that time, in the process of hiring, the original Fuwo Township had an error in implementing the documents of the county party committee and county government, and the school district was selected as the unit. After being corrected by the county education commission, the township was selected as the unit, and the school district selection was invalid. The materials originally selected by the school district have been corrected by the materials selected by the township. Now Yuan Fuchun’s List of Teachers Employed in Patriotic School District is selected by the school district and is invalid.

3. On the issue of being detained by Lijin County Education Bureau. Yuan Fuchun refused to recognize his dismissal. Over the years, he repeatedly went to all levels and relevant departments to petition and complain, disrupting the office order. Especially on January 31, 2012, he broke into the central state organs with others, causing adverse effects. In February 2012, he was detained by the public security organs of Lijin County according to law, not by the Education Bureau.

4. About reflecting the problem of continuing teaching until November after being hired.

After investigation, at the beginning of the fall semester in 1994, the dismissed teachers from Fuwo Township reported the wrong practices of Fuwo Township to the county education commission. According to the spirit of documents No.32 and No.33 issued by Lifa [1994], the county education commission instructed the party committee and government of Fuwo Township to correct the practice of selecting and hiring by school district, and unified selection and employment was carried out throughout the township. Yuan Fuchun, the former patriotic school district, and other three people were hired because of low grades, and Yuan Fuchun continued to teach in the school for less than one month.

5. About his status as a sanitation worker. Yuan Fuchun said that he is now a sanitation worker. It is understood that Yuan Fuchun registered and established "Dongying Hai Shun Property Service Co., Ltd." in Dongying Port, and contracted the cleaning business of related enterprises. Yuan Fuchun is the actual controller of the company.

  [Talking about health]

Love of beauty is nature, and health and safety are the premise. Recently, the basic laws and regulations of China’s cosmetics industry have ushered in major changes in the past 30 years — — The Regulations on Cosmetic Supervision and Management was officially issued by the State Council, and the Regulations on Cosmetic Hygiene Supervision, which has been implemented for 30 years, withdrew from the historical stage.

In November 1989, China issued the Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, which came into effect on January 1, 1990. Over the past 30 years, China has developed into the second largest cosmetics market in the world, with more than 5,200 cosmetics manufacturers. However, the rapid development has also brought some problems, such as illegal addition of banned substances, fake and inferior products, and safety of raw materials, which have hidden health concerns under the beautiful appearance. What changes will the new regulations, which will come into effect on January 1, 2021, bring to the cosmetics industry? How to make our beautiful career healthier? The public is full of expectations.

As a chemical industrial product that directly acts on human body, cosmetics bring us beauty, and at the same time, health and safety must be guaranteed. Only when you have health can you talk about beauty. However, some unhealthy phenomena in China’s cosmetics industry have brought hidden dangers to the health of beauty lovers — —

Illegal addition of prohibited substances that may be harmful to health, unauthorized preparation of cosmetics by beauty salons, fake and inferior products counterfeit well-known brand products, false publicity and even claims of medical functions, and emphasis on packaging and publicity rather than technological innovation … …

We want to be beautiful and healthy and safe. A few days ago, the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", which received much attention, was officially promulgated. This also means that the "Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics", which has been implemented for 30 years, will end its historical mission. The new regulations not only adapt to the new situation, but also solve old problems. Among them, there are many highlights worthy of attention.

Highlight 1: Intensify the crackdown on "grey areas", and illegally adding prohibited substances can be fined up to 30 times the value of the goods.

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s cosmetics industry, illegal addition and other illegal phenomena are more prominent. In the first half of this year, National Medical Products Administration issued a number of notices about problematic cosmetics. Most of these notified cosmetics are counterfeit or detected prohibited substances. According to media reports, some inferior cosmetics counterfeit well-known brands, or improve short-term effects by adding banned substances such as hormones, which have become "hidden rules" and "gray areas" of the industry.

In 2018, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province investigated and dealt with a case of illegal addition of prohibited ingredients to extra-large cosmetics. Illegal people buy cosmetics raw materials with illegal banned ingredients from multiple channels, or add a large number of banned ingredients such as betamethasone, mercuric chloride, metronidazole and chloramphenicol to facial masks, whitening and acne-removing cosmetics, and sell them to thousands of beauty salons, cosmetics stores and tens of thousands of consumers in more than 20 provinces across the country through semi-finished products, branded products and finished products. Local regulators said that the case profoundly exposed the long-standing "hidden rules" of the cosmetics industry.

Compared with the old regulations 30 years ago, the new regulations have intensified the crackdown on various illegal acts and enhanced the deterrent power of the law. Yang Zhanxin, deputy director of the Comprehensive Planning Department of Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Administration, noticed that there are 18 articles on punishment for illegal acts in the new regulations, which is twice as many as the old regulations; The content of the law is also more detailed, covering all kinds of illegal situations.

"The new regulations combine the law enforcement practice in the past 30 years and the outstanding problems in the current cosmetics market. Anyone who sets prohibitive provisions and compulsory provisions for producers and operators has set legal responsibilities in the legal responsibility part." Yang Zhanxin pointed out.

The new regulations comprehensively use punishment measures such as confiscation, fine, order to stop production and business, revocation of licenses, and market and industry bans to crack down on illegal activities. Take fines as an example. In the past, the base of fines was "illegal income", but now it is adjusted to "value of goods", and the amount of fines has been greatly increased. For example, in the case of illegal activities such as engaging in cosmetics production without permission, from the old regulations, "a fine of 3 to 5 times the illegal income can be imposed" to "a fine of more than 15 times and less than 30 times the value of the goods".

Moreover, the provisions on "punishing people" for illegal acts have been added. The legal representative or principal responsible person, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel of a serious illegal unit shall not only be fined, but also be prohibited from engaging in cosmetics production and business activities for life.

For example, in cracking down on counterfeiting and illegal addition, the new regulations make a series of new provisions: cosmetics producers and operators are required to establish and implement a record system for incoming goods to ensure the traceability of products; For illegal acts such as illegally adding substances that may endanger human health, a maximum fine of 30 times the value of the goods can be imposed, and even cosmetics production and business activities can be banned for life. The new regulations also provide clear penalties for behaviors such as making cosmetics and changing the use period of cosmetics without authorization by beauty salons and hotels that were not clearly defined in the old regulations.

In addition, the new regulations also emphasize that the regulatory authorities can take emergency control measures to order the suspension of production and operation and issue safety warning information for cosmetics that cause human injury or have evidence that may endanger human health.

"This gives the so-called ‘ Grey zone ’ It sounded the alarm. " Professor Dong Yinmao of Beijing Technology and Business University said in an interview with the media.

Highlight 2: "Let good steel be used on the blade" to ensure the safety of cosmetic raw materials more scientifically.

According to the new regulations, cosmetics refer to daily chemical industrial products that are applied to human surfaces such as skin, hair, nails and lips by rubbing, spraying or other similar methods for cleaning, protecting, beautifying and modifying. As a chemical industrial product directly acting on human body, safety is the bottom line of cosmetics. In addition to illegally adding prohibited substances, if there are problems with the raw materials of cosmetics themselves, it will also bring hidden dangers to the health and safety of consumers. Safety of raw materials is an important prerequisite for the safety of cosmetics.

"Generally speaking, cosmetics are a mixture made of a variety of raw materials according to the formula ratio, and most of this preparation is a physical mixing process, and few chemical reactions are involved. Therefore, the safety and function of raw materials directly affect the safety and performance of finished cosmetics. " Xu Liang, member of National Medical Products Administration Cosmetic Standards Expert Committee, explained.

Compared with the old regulations, an important change in the new regulations is to emphasize risk management, that is, to implement different levels of classified management according to the level of security risks. Preservatives, sunscreens, colorants, hair dyes, freckle-removing and whitening agents and other high-risk new raw materials must be registered with the drug supervision and administration department of the State Council before they can be used. Other new raw materials only need to be put on record.

Moreover, there is also a "safety assessment period" for new raw materials — — Within 3 years after the new raw materials for cosmetics are put into use, the registrant and the record holder of the new raw materials shall report the use and safety of the new raw materials to the drug supervision and administration department of the State Council every year. If there are security problems, the registration will be cancelled or the record will be cancelled. No safety problems occurred after the expiration of 3 years, and it was included in the list of used cosmetic raw materials formulated by the drug supervision and administration department of the State Council.

The new regulations also stipulate that, according to the development of scientific research, if there is a change in understanding of the safety of cosmetics and cosmetic raw materials, or there is evidence that cosmetics and cosmetic raw materials may be defective, the regulatory authorities may order the registrants and filers of cosmetics or new cosmetic raw materials to carry out safety re-evaluation or directly organize safety re-evaluation. Re-evaluation results show that cosmetics or cosmetic raw materials can not guarantee safety, the registration or filing shall be cancelled, and the regulatory authorities shall include them in the list of raw materials prohibited from being used in cosmetics production and announce them to the public.

It is worth noting that the new regulations require the establishment of a cosmetic risk monitoring and evaluation system to monitor and evaluate the risk factors affecting the quality and safety of cosmetics. Song Hualin, a professor at Nankai University Law School, believes that through risk monitoring and evaluation, judging the risks contained in cosmetic raw materials, products, production and operation processes and labels, we can have an overall grasp of the safety situation of cosmetics and understand the main problems existing in the safety and quality of cosmetics.

Knowing where there are problems can better carry out targeted supervision. The new regulations point out that risk monitoring provides a scientific basis for formulating risk control measures and standards for cosmetic quality and safety and carrying out cosmetic sampling inspection. Moreover, the national cosmetic safety risk monitoring plan is implemented, and the varieties, projects and regions to be monitored are clearly defined. Song Hualin believes that this can "let good steel be used in the cutting edge" and allocate risk supervision resources more scientifically and reasonably.

Highlight 3: Encourage the technical innovation of cosmetics, and give the products with new functions a broad space for development.

In fact, classified management is not only conducive to safety supervision, but also conducive to the innovation of cosmetic technology.

The domestic cosmetics industry has been criticized for its lack of technological innovation in product efficacy. Without innovation, we can only make a fuss about packaging such as advertising. In Xu Liang’s view, many cosmetics companies don’t work hard on technology, but attract consumers by "arranging stories".

Xu Liang analyzed that according to the composition characteristics of cosmetics, the innovation of cosmetics mainly depends on the innovation of raw materials, especially the development and innovation of functional raw materials and raw materials that contribute to the improvement of cosmetic dosage forms. However, in the old regulations, new cosmetic raw materials were registered and managed as a whole, and the evaluation scale was not refined in combination with the characteristics of cosmetic raw materials. Enterprises declared a new raw material, "even if it is only a polymer with no skin penetration ability or edible common vegetable oil, it often needs to supplement the information many times, resulting in the average time for the declaration of new raw materials being several years".

"On the one hand, the enthusiasm of enterprises to declare new raw materials is affected. On the other hand, new raw materials that have been proved to have good performance and are widely used in the world cannot be used in Chinese cosmetics, which has also increased the gap between Chinese cosmetics and foreign companies in technology and innovation to some extent." He said that the cosmetics update cycle is fast, which requires enterprises to continuously introduce new products to the market.

According to the new regulations, ordinary new raw materials for cosmetics are put on record, which simplifies the use procedure. Dong Yinmao believes that the new regulations have changed the long-standing difficulty in approving new raw materials. The establishment of the new raw material filing mode has opened up a brand-new mode for enterprises to innovate and develop new raw materials, and given a broad space for innovation and development of products with new functions.

The new regulations encourage the innovation of cosmetics enterprises not only in the management of new raw materials, but also clearly put forward that the state encourages and supports the research and innovation of cosmetics; Encourage and support the use of modern technology, combined with China’s traditional advantageous projects and characteristic plant resources to research and develop cosmetics.

Xu Liang believes that this is good for the healthy development of the whole industry, because "one has no technical strength and only passed ‘ Arrange a story ’ Companies that attract consumers will not do it for a long time. " Dong Yinmao also believes that the new regulations "make enterprises committed to the research of cosmetic raw materials, production technology and product innovation see hope".

Highlight 4: Cosmetic efficacy claims must have scientific basis and accept social supervision.

Innovation is not enough, and propaganda is coming together. It is not uncommon to make false and exaggerated propaganda on the efficacy of cosmetics and mislead consumers. Some cosmetic practitioners even have the idea of drugs, promoting cosmetics as magical products with medical effects.

According to media reports, in January this year, on the train from Rizhao, Shandong Province to Jinan, someone sold a cosmetic called "Baicao Cream" as a medicine to passengers. The salesman claimed that the product can relax muscles and promote blood circulation, relieve pain, and also treat skin diseases, mosquito bites and other symptoms, describing this cosmetic as magical.

A few years ago, the concept of "cosmeceuticals" was very popular in China. Cosmetics are next to drugs, as if the efficacy of the products is more guaranteed. However, in January 2019, National Medical Products Administration clearly pointed out that it is illegal to claim the concepts of "cosmeceuticals" such as "cosmeceuticals" and "medical skin care products" for products registered or filed in the name of cosmetics.

The new regulations issued this time further clarify the false propaganda behaviors such as claiming medical functions. The new regulations clearly point out that cosmetics labels and advertisements must not express or imply that products have medical functions, and must not contain false or misleading contents.

Moreover, the new regulations stipulate that the efficacy claims of cosmetics should have sufficient scientific basis, and the literature and research data on which the efficacy claims are based should be published and accepted by the society. In other words, whether cosmetics are effective and why they are effective must rely on science.
