Lei Zheng Long, deputy director of the CDC of the National Health and Wellness Commission and a first-class inspector, said that the joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council has made clear the regulations on the use and management of health codes, operational guarantee and information security, requiring all localities to accurately assign codes to relevant personnel according to different epidemic risk levels, and not to "over-code".
