Innovating the political nature of military strategic guidance

War is the continuation of politics, and any military strategy is essentially a political choice and a manifestation of political will. To plan and direct war, we must deeply understand the political nature of war, insist that military should obey politics and strategy should obey politics, and think about war from a political perspective: the nature of strategy is determined by politics, its objectives are endowed by politics, and its formulation, implementation and adjustment are dominated by politics. Our army is a people’s army under the absolute leadership of the Party and an armed group that carries out the political tasks of the Party.
