A US civil plane was intercepted by an F-16 fighter plane and crashed.

Finally, the civil plane crashed near George Washington National Forest in Virginia.

According to CNN, there were four people on the crashed plane, and rescuers have not found the wreckage of the plane.

The FAA issued a statement on social media saying that the civil plane took off from Tennessee earlier that day and was originally planned to fly to New York State. National transportation safety board said it was investigating the matter.
