3. In addition to the personnel who undertake the task of epidemic prevention and control and maintain the basic operation of the city, all administrative institutions in the county work at home or report to the village (community) where they are located, and turn into volunteers on the spot to fully participate in the community epidemic prevention and control work.

4 in addition to key enterprises, public service enterprises to protect people’s livelihood, major project construction enterprises, all business units (places) will be suspended. Except for medical institutions and supermarkets and pharmacies that continue to provide services with approval, other merchants will suspend business. 5. In addition to receiving nucleic acid testing and emergency medical treatment, residents should stay at home in principle. 6.
