Because the construction site is in the middle of the reservoir, all the required materials have to be transported to the shore by car, then loaded on the ship by crane, and then shipped to the yard. Because the construction site in some areas is small, it is impossible to accumulate materials in a large area, and it will take three or four times to get to the site, which greatly improves the difficulty of construction.
